Thursday, June 9^th, 2011 from 1:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Each exhibitor will receive 8' x 10' exhibit space that will include the following:

• 6' draped table
• Two chairs
• Standard 110v/20amp single phase outlet
• Identification sign

If you need an Internet connection, you will need to order that directly through the hotel. (More information will be provided in your exhibitor packet.) If you need to rent hardware for your exhibit, we can provide you with the name of a local computer rental company. It is important to order this equipment in advance, as supplies will be limited during the conference.
